As an international corporation with dozens of recognized and celebrated hospitality brands, Marriott aims for and achieves excellence. TownePlace Suites, a niche Marriott brand, empowers travelers to maintain a comfortable lifestyle while away from home. To accomplish this goal, the brand’s hotels feature extra amenities like expansive Container Store closets, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable work spaces, and guest laundry facilities. And to top it off, the hotels are pet friendly.

The TownePlace Suites in Vista, California, is a great hospitality option for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to the nearby Vista and Carlsbad business parks, the Marine Corps Camp Pendleton base, the iconic Legoland California, and several popular beaches.

Salas O’Brien provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this convenient hotel property. The three-story hotel features over 90 guest rooms and suites, with varying studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom accommodation options. The building’s amenities include an outdoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, coin-operated guest laundry facilities, and a separate 2000-square-foot Conference Center. Our engineers designed split-system heat pumps for use in common spaces and packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) units for use in the guest suites. Our design also included a central heating hot water system with multiple boilers and circulation pumps for maximized efficiency.
