Since 2000, Salas O’Brien has partnered with Landry’s Restaurants to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting engineering services for over 100 locations nationwide. Locations served include Landry’s Seafood House, Saltgrass Steak House, Joe’s Crab Shack, Rainforest Café, Morton’s Grille, Claim Jumper, and Bubba Gump Steak & Ale. These new construction and renovation projects range in scope from 6,500 to 8,500 square feet and include both stand-alone structures and restaurants joined to entertainment or hospitality venues.
