Klein Independent School District

French Elementary School

French Elementary in Spring, Texas, is Klein ISD’s 30th elementary school and its newest. With 125,000 square feet, the elementary school has the capacity to accommodate approximately 940 students and staff. The building itself has abundant natural light from numerous windows and skylights throughout the facility, and each classroom is equipped with the most current technology including projector systems and new document cameras.

During this project, Salas O’Brien provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering that ensured the space would be a comfortable and safe environment. Due to significant changes in the mechanical system implemented by Salas O’Brien, French Elementary is proud of its status as the most energy-efficient school in the district.
