Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission

Two Capitol Square

Salas O’Brien performed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fundamental and enhanced commissioning and building envelope services for the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission’s building at Two Capitol Square.

For this project, Salas O’Brien obtained unique knowledge of issues related to the nature and performance capabilities of historic envelope assemblies. Our team also took into account indoor environmental requirements and control methods and put solutions into effect that ensured a successful project and preserved the character of the historic buildings.

The renovated, 31,600-square-foot government building contains multiple state offices, including the Georgia State Offices of Planning and Budget.
