Citrix Systems

Citrix at One Deerfield Center

Citrix Systems’ driving goal is to make the world’s apps and data secure and easy to access. Their office in Alpharetta, Georgia, is one of many throughout the United States, and it carries out that goal on a day-to-day basis. Citrix is a full-floor tenant at One Deerfield Centre, a facility in the corporate Deerfield development whose base building systems were designed by Salas O’Brien.

The center includes over 130,000 square feet of Class A office space and has on-site reception and IT support for tenants. Our team’s familiarity with the building and convenient Atlanta office made them the perfect choice to provide engineering services for the Citrix tenancy space and first floor UPS room.

The Citrix tenancy area covers 29,000 square feet and follows an open office floor plan complemented by multiple enclosed offices, a divisible training room, and conference rooms. The floor also features a company break room and a lab and network room. Salas O’Brien performed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design during the planning stage and construction administration during implementation.
