This complex project involved consolidation of office space within a high-rise office building with 10,000 square feet per floor. Salas O’Brien’s redesign allowed this client to consolidate their staff from 32 floors to 15 floors. To accomplish this goal, our team provided systems furniture and space planning for all affected floors, redistributing all of the client’s employees and accessory spaces.

Improvements by our team include the selection of new carpet, paint, and casework—and our electrical, mechanical, and security system alterations allow the client to share the high-rise with another tenant. Salas O’Brien’s efficient project management, construction administration, and management of long-lead items ensured that the contractor met the client’s aggressive migration deadlines.
