Salas O’Brien promotes Grant Reindl to Chief Financial Officer

Salas O’Brien announced today that Grant Reindl has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is a natural extension of Reindl’s current duties and provides critical financial strategy and leadership to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Reindl joined Salas O’Brien in 2020 and has been serving as Vice President—Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis with a focus on merger and acquisition strategy, corporate integrations, tax planning, and financial planning and forecasting. He has led over 20 merger deals for the organization, with eight in 2022 alone despite a downward trend in strategic deals worldwide. His strategic guidance and financial leadership have contributed to Salas O’Brien’s track record of sustained growth.
Reindl will continue to report to Darin Anderson while overseeing an expanded team.
Reindl holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Science of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Prior to joining Salas O’Brien, Reindl worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP advising private equity and strategic clients making investments in the AEC industry. Over his career, Reindl has served in a number of roles including M&A, strategy, integration, finance, and operations, and was recently named the 2023 Rising Star at the CFO of the Year Awards hosted by the Orange County Business Journal.
