Salas O’Brien is proud to announce its partnership with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge Program, reinforcing our commitment to hiring and supporting the military community. Through this initiative, we are creating new opportunities for transitioning service members to gain hands-on experience in the civilian workforce while strengthening our team with skilled, mission-driven professionals.

The SkillBridge Program provides active-duty service members in their final 180 days of service with internships, apprenticeships, or fellowships to help them transition into post-military careers. As a participant in this program, Salas O’Brien will connect with service members who bring leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills—qualities that align with our culture of excellence.
