Salas O’Brien honors inaugural Collaborative Impact Award winners
Six impact-driven Salas O'Brien team members receive Collaborative Impact Awards.

At Salas O’Brien, delivering the highest quality solutions requires leveraging the full depth of expertise and talent across our teams. By bringing together diverse perspectives, skills, and services, we drive innovation and excellence for our clients every day.
To recognize individuals who exemplify this mindset, Salas O’Brien launched the Collaborative Impact Awards—an initiative celebrating those who actively foster connections, integrate expertise across disciplines, and create new opportunities for both our teams and clients.
In its inaugural year, the program received 48 nominations from across the firm, reflecting the widespread commitment to teamwork among Salas O’Brien’s professionals. After careful review by a selection committee comprising leader from across the company, six individuals were selected as the first recipients of this award.
