Bill is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. He joins Salas O’Brien after a successful tenure leading the North American building sector and the global healthcare market sector for a major consulting engineering firm, where he gained recognition for his expertise in creating cutting-edge sustainable healthcare environments. His extensive portfolio includes major projects for academic medical centers, community hospitals, and research institutions, including work with Kaiser Permanente, Cedars-Sinai, Massachusetts General Brigham, Alberta Infrastructure, and other leading healthcare providers across North America.

Throughout his career, Bill has played a strategic role in every phase of the project lifecycle—from planning and design to delivery and operations—with a consistent focus on excellence, innovation, and client success.
