Salas O’Brien is pleased to announce appointments to two Senior Managing Principal roles, further strengthening the leadership team at the most senior level in response to the organization’s continued global growth.  

Srini Neralla is transitioning from his current Senior Managing Principal role into a new Senior Managing Principal role focused on global operations and special projects. In this capacity, Neralla will work closely with global teams to enhance collaboration with North American operations and empower the teams to leverage their collective strengths and skills. He will also lead efforts related to streamlining project delivery practices to maintain exceptional client relationships and support Salas O’Brien’s company-wide goals.

Srini is a seasoned leader who is a true champion for team members and the broader vision of Salas O’Brien. His collaborative leadership style and relentless focus client relationships is unmatched. I can think of no better person for this new role and am excited to see what Srini helps us accomplish in this new capacity.

Harry Kleiser has been promoted from Managing Principal to Senior Managing Principal to continue operational leadership for the team previously overseen by Neralla, with a focus on federal and built environment operations across the East Coast. 

Under Harry’s leadership, our team has secured numerous landmark projects and has continued to expand our reputation as a trusted strategic partner for the Department of Defense and other departments throughout the federal government. He is a natural choice to lead this broader team and I look forward to working alongside him in this elevated role.

Neralla and Kleiser previously led SIA Solutions, which joined Salas O’Brien in June 2021, strategically enhancing the organization’s growing federal and Department of Defense practice.
