Harry Kleiser, Senior Managing Principal at Salas O’Brien, will speak at the 2025 Maryland Defense Forum, an event focused on strengthening collaboration between military leadership, defense communities, and industry partners. The event takes place June 17–18 at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport in Maryland.

Kleiser will join a panel discussion titled, “Community Engagement – Public-Private Agreements for Military Missions & Infrastructure” on Wednesday, June 18 at 11:45 a.m. He will speak alongside Tom Sadowski, Executive Director of the Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO), and Dave Leinberger, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, Army Partnership. Together, the panel will explore the role of public-private partnerships (P3s) in modernizing infrastructure, supporting mission readiness, and aligning federal, state, and local resources for long-term impact.

With more than 25 years of experience across federal agencies and the AEC industry, Kleiser brings deep expertise in managing large-scale programs and partnerships that support the needs of defense communities nationwide. He also serves on the Board of the Association of Defense Communities, reinforcing his ongoing commitment to building resilient, future-ready military infrastructure.
