Amber Prom is presenting Hail Claims on Metal Roofs, discussing the effects of hail on metal roofs and providing the essential knowledge needed to handle claims effectively. Jim Chaney, CPCU, with Renfroe Independent Adjusting Services, will then address the claims handling process, from pre-inspection preparation to a coverage analysis highlighting various endorsements on metal roofs that may change coverage decisions.

Matt Westrich is presenting Collapse: Adjusting Structural Failure Claims. The session covers commercial and personal line coverages and potential policy conditions, common reasons for structural failure, and cause of loss and damage investigations. Additionally, the presentation will provide insights on how to develop effective communication strategies and a good-faith documentation trail.
