Hybrid venue combines physical events with livestreams and VOD content

The 6,000-seat theater under the roof of SoFi stadium hosts a variety of live events including concerts, award shows, comedy sets, esports competitions, community events, and conferences. We provided theatre, technology, and acoustic design for the scalable venue, so whether it is 3,000 or 6,000 seats, the result is an intimate, engaging experience. This is enhanced by two sets of scaling curtains that visually and acoustically scale the room. There is a 3,500-square-foot private club with 140 premium seats and a 1,200-square-foot premium back-of-house space. The stage is 6,100 square feet and features a full tension grid to accommodate elaborate touring productions that require quick turnarounds.

The theatre is interconnected to SoFi stadium to allow joint events and the sharing of production resources across both venues. The venue includes a 4k video production system, left and right 4K LED screens, and a concert sound system that will allow many bands to leave their PA on the truck.
