Ensuring On-Time and On-Budget Project Delivery

The 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Act mandated that the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency consolidate operations into one new facility. They needed a campus that would support their mission with a wide variety of building types and maintain information security through a mix of physical and technological infrastructure and protocols.

Our team provided a wide range of construction management services including design management such as hands-on program management support, quality assurance support, budget and cost analyses, document control, and subject matter expertise in electrical engineering.

We ensured that the project stayed on time and on budget while guaranteeing construction quality and safety as various phases of the project ramped up and slowed down based on congressionally mandated deadlines.
