New Armory Designed for LEED Silver
Our team provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the construction of a new armory at Camp Pendleton. The building which houses weapons and ammunition was designed to LEED Silver standards with an energy goal of outperforming ASHRAE 90.1-2007 standards by 30 percent. In addition to designing for anti-terrorism force protection, a major focus of our design was on humidity control and the interior environment. Electrical designs included an emergency generator, an uninterruptible power supply, direct digital controls, and an exterior gear stainless steel waterproof enclosure.
