Our solution
Our team supplied mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering designs for the 389,900-square-foot project, as well as utility coordination and professional electrical and plumbing engineering services associated with the site and building infrastructure. Throughout the project, our engineers leveraged their expertise to create versatile designs that would meet the evolving needs of the mixed-use space.
The results
The finished outdoor shopping center comprises 16 buildings which accommodate al fresco dining, office space, and unique shops adjoining a Cineplex and grocery store. Extensive landscaping includes outdoor plazas and interactive water features adjacent to a neighboring park with jogging and walking trails.
