Toyota of Downtown LA
Salas O’Brien provided energy-efficient CALGreen/Title 24 commissioning for the four-story structure.
Since 1937, Toyota has been an invaluable maker manufacturer of automobiles throughout the world. The brand prides itself on serving America’s auto needs since 1957. They pride themselves on being a leader in safety, reliability and advanced technology while always listening to their customers.
This new four-story structure includes a full size ground basement that serves as the car service area. Due to space constraints in downtown Los Angeles, the building needed to be more vertical than horizontal as well as functional.
In coordination with Trammell Crow Company, we provided energy-efficient CALGreen/Title 24 commissioning. We serviced 99,228 square feet within the building. Our energy efficient commissioning included services from design phase to the reporting phase.
The systems were commissioned for all floors including the main showroom area with supporting offices, basement car service area, general office space, internet sales area, break room and showrooms.
