Saving Millions in Capital Costs by Refurbishing Existing Equipment, Major Mechanical Components

Our client needed to add a new production building and needed a trustworthy engineering partner to collaborate with construction contractors and to provide facility engineering services and construction management.

Our design encompassed civil site work, shallow foundations, pipe bridges, and all plant utilities including solvent, brine, steam, instrument air, and service water systems; a process building (including MEP); a fire water system; and electrical power supply. With the help of cutting-edge cloud software, our team was able to use this 3D modeling to integrate specifications from project contributors, delivering live updates for review in progress meetings and facilitating coordination among project consultants.

Working with the owner from conceptual development to startup and commissioning, our engineering expertise led to successful completion of the project.
