Turning Landmark Auditorium into Comprehensive Arts Center

The Rogers Palmer Performing Arts Center is the centerpiece of the Tyler Junior College Cultural Arts District. The new performing arts center is designed to support the thriving arts and culture of east Texas.

The center features an intimate 725-seat auditorium that includes an enlarged renovated stage with updated technology; a transformed auditorium; a new recital/art gallery; a large main lobby with accessible box office, concession, and event areas; a spacious green room, rehearsal, and dance studios; a presidential suite for hosting community guests, and administrative offices.

We provided theatre planning, theatrical lighting, acoustics, audio, video, data, and security design for the project.
