LEED Silver Achieved for Tallest All-Residential Chicago Development
Our team partnered with Related Midwest attributable to our expertise working in dense urban areas. We worked closely with renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern Architects and GREC Architects to design this signature high-rise, the first all-residential building in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood.
The tallest all-residential development in Chicago, One Bennett Park, has 280 luxury units, 70 ultra-luxury units, and a two-acre public park. Amenities include multiple fitness areas, an outdoor pool, recreational rooftop terraces, outdoor kitchen areas, firepits, and multiple lounge spaces. In addition to engineering design services, our team provided LEED consulting and system commissioning that resulted in this building’s LEED Silver certification.
Our work on this project resulted in one of the most popular and unique residential high-rises in downtown Chicago. The Art Deco-inspired building created a luxurious and unrivaled living experience for years to come.
