Rapid Consolidation and Strategic Workplace Planning Allows On-Time Sale of Regional Corporate Office High-Rise

In response to a rapidly fluctuating real estate market, CenturyLink was highly motivated to quickly close the sale of their 32-story downtown high-rise. 

We worked in close partnership with the client and contractor to implement workplace densification strategies to minimize their corporate office footprint and associated lease-back square footage.

The consolidation of employee workstations and custom support spaces was a high priority for our client to maintain uninterrupted operations for all affected departments. Our design team provided space planning, code-required updates, new interior finishes, and casework for all impacted floors. 

We also provided alterations to electrical, mechanical, and security systems as well to allow for future multitenant occupation of the building.

Efficient project management, permit strategy, construction administration, and management of long-lead items ensured that the contractor met the client’s aggressive migration deadlines and helped CenturyLink stay organized, on schedule, and on budget.
