Leadership also wanted a partner that could easily accommodate the distinctive designs of their various brands, among them standouts like Saltgrass Steak House, Joe’s Crab Shack, Rainforest Café, Morton’s Grille, and Bubba Gump Steak & Ale.

Our solution

Since 2000, Salas O’Brien has partnered with Landry’s Restaurants to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting engineering services for over 100 locations nationwide. These new construction and renovation projects range in scope from 6,500 to 8,500 square feet and include both stand-alone structures and restaurants joined to entertainment or hospitality venues.
