As a national company, Landry’s needed an engineering partner that could match their scale and provide excellent service. Since 2000, Salas O’Brien has partnered with Landry’s Restaurants to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting engineering services for over 100 locations nationwide. These new construction and renovation projects range in scope from 6,500 to 8,500 square feet and include both stand-alone structures and restaurants joined to entertainment or hospitality venues.
