Maximizing Collaboration Among Consultants for New Conversion & Ash-Handling Facility
Our client needed a new wet-to-dry fly ash conversion and ash-handling facility adjacent to their existing power plant.
The project required top-notch collaboration among representatives from multiple consultants, and the compact footprint of the power plant and the regulatory requirements involved were key challenges in this project.
Our work included designs for civil site work, shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls, pipe bridges, silo storage, instrument air and service water systems, and electrical power supply. We generated a 3D model using point-cloud output, allowing for ease and efficiency of collaboration among various consultants.
We integrated specifications from project contributors, delivered live updates for review in weekly progress meetings, and facilitated coordination among consultants, which resulted in a successful project.
