Fortune 50 Software Company
The Salas O’Brien team provided interior architecture design services for a 5,400-square-foot remodel of collaborative shared spaces and offices in one of this Fortune 50 software company’s campus facilities.
This Fortune 50 client is one of the leading global computing software providers. They’ve revolutionized the way consumers engage with technology multiple times over—and they’re continuing to innovate and adapt to empower users in the office, at home, and on the go. Salas O’Brien has completed multiple projects over the years at this software giant’s Redmond headquarters. We’re proud to be part of optimizing their work environments so they can continue achieving innovative excellence.
In this 5,400-square-foot remodel, Salas O’Brien worked closely with the client to establish a clear design goal: to create an open, bright, welcoming space that allows for ease of collaboration while maximizing natural light and views to the outdoors.
The final product converted an existing elevator lobby, kitchenette, copy room, three conference rooms, a large group meeting space, two open offices, and thirty private offices. By removing low ceilings and obstructive walls, our team opened up the previously dull, poorly lit, cramped, and confusing area into a more user-friendly space.
The finished space is dynamic, colorful, and spacious, with many opportunities to have impromptu meetings and discussions using tackboards, glass markerboards, and chalkboard-painted walls.
