The challenge

This client had an ambitious need to consolidate three buildings into two, optimize the floor space, and add new amenities that would attract top talent in a competitive market. Ultimately, the client wanted to minimize their footprint in the buildings while maximizing the value of their real estate and increasing work efficiency.

Our solution

In our designs, private offices gave way to open workstations, collaborative spaces, and huddle rooms, while maximizing the amount of natural light permeating into the space. Upgraded shared amenities, such as work cafés, a game room, test labs, locker rooms, and a bike room were created to help strengthen the team dynamics.
