Engineering a World-Class High School Football Stadium

Located north of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, Denton Independent School District is one of the fastest-growing school districts in North Texas. The C.H. Collins Stadium services all of the high schools in the district. Our team provided engineering for the stadium and field house, including a 10’ by 14’ video scoreboard and three-story press box complete with tiered seating, a film deck, and two 20-seat multi-use rooms. We also designed special lighting and video capabilities so the facility could televise games and events.

Our team’s work encompassed the main stadium area as well as the adjacent field house with locker rooms, district athletic offices, a centralized storage area, and a 150-seat meeting room. We also met our client’s lighting and video needs through our design.
