Aaron’s is a popular lease-to-own retailing brand with approximately 2,000 company-operated and franchise stores nationwide. The brand’s parent company also provides lease-purchase solutions through close to 19,000 retail stores in 46 states—making it one of the most influential companies in its niche.
Aaron’s corporate management staff are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and with the company’s goal of increasing the company’s footprint even farther, they had a rising need for training space. Aaron’s needed a reliable engineering partner that would empower the design of a multi-faceted center to facilitate training functions for the company’s growing number of corporate staff.
Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering for approximately 50,000 square feet of Aaron’s building space. The design adeptly accommodates the training center’s diverse venues, from offices, conference rooms, and IT rooms to break rooms, restrooms, a fitness area with showers and lockers, and a café.
The finished training center is a dynamic resource for Aaron’s management staff training. The space can accommodate a large number of people at one time, and the its flexible design empowers leadership to innovate and mix up their training to create value and connections with employees.
