Stephen has over 30 years of experience in electrical design and supervision of a wide range of construction projects, including experience on both new and renovation/improvement projects for local municipalities. Considered an expert in electrical engineering design, Stephen is responsible for the electrical design and construction documentation, specification, supervision of electrical and communications design staff, and services required during construction.
