Richard (Rich) Gostling has extensive experience with higher education and healthcare facilities. He has been involved in numerous renovation and new construction projects, and possesses a thorough knowledge of technical criteria, standards, codes, and contractual procedures, as well as their application to the design, specification, and construction of mechanical building systems.
