Phillip Garrett, PE, leads electrical engineering design efforts across a wide range of complex building systems. He brings extensive expertise in the design of lighting and power systems, building electrical systems, electrical power distribution, control systems, communications and alarm systems, and emergency power systems.
With more than 26 years of experience, Phillip provides technical leadership on hospital and medical facilities, as well as governmental, educational, financial, and commercial projects nationwide. His broad project experience enables him to deliver reliable, high‑performance electrical solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs.
