Oscar has a proven track record of supervising the full life cycle of building envelope and restoration projects. He has managed various design and construction projects for Canadian and US clients in Canada and Mexico. His passion and interest in building envelope and restoration, along with his attention to detail, have resulted in the successful completion of numerous projects with value engineering solutions.
