She helps both offices operate efficiently, with clear coordination, healthy team dynamics, and alignment with company expectations. She manages day-to-day operations, supports local staff and leadership, partners with local and regional leadership, promotes engagement and morale, and enables project teams to have the resources they need to succeed.
