Matthew Hoffman is an accomplished Construction Administrator with more than 28 years of experience across a wide range of project types and industry sectors. His extensive background includes construction administration for K–12 facilities, state and federal projects, restaurants, multifamily housing, mixed use developments, and both public and private construction programs.
Matthew has performed damage assessments and coordinated repair efforts for hurricane, tornado, flood, and wildfire events throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. His field leadership also includes conducting quality control inspections for levees, bridges, and maintenance operations for NAVFAC facilities.
In his current role, Matthew specializes in ensuring installations meet contract requirements through detailed observations and reporting. His areas of expertise include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as fire alarm, fire sprinkler, technology, and audio-visual installations. Known for his thoroughness, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality, Matthew brings deep industry insight and reliable oversight to every project he supports.
