Garrett Donals specializes in engineering design and energy analysis of educational, healthcare, and institutional mechanical systems. He has been involved in renovation and new construction projects, and has a thorough knowledge of technical criteria, standards, codes, and contractual procedures, as well as their application to the design, specification, & construction of building systems. Other responsibilities include developing cost estimates and energy analyses.
