David Peters, PE, LEED AP provides engineering design for mechanical and HVAC systems serving commercial, institutional, and educational buildings. With more than 26 years of experience, he brings deep technical expertise across a wide range of complex building systems and specialized applications.
David’s experience includes building energy modeling and life‑cycle cost analysis; geothermal and water‑source heat pump systems; chilled water and hot water systems; and steam and condensate piping design. He has led the design of sound‑critical HVAC systems, including performance venues, as well as data centers and other mission‑critical facilities. His project portfolio also includes K‑12 schools, university classrooms and residence halls, indoor pools and recreation centers, and office, retail, and mixed‑use facilities.
