Danny Warren, PE, FPE, is a Project Manager and Senior Engineer with more than 19 years of experience leading mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for complex commercial, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
Danny is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and Fire Protection Engineer with specialized expertise in central energy plants, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, building automation and controls (DDC/BAS), and energy modeling, including LEED analysis, HVAC system comparisons, and payback studies. His technical background also includes chilled water systems; heating and domestic hot water systems; fire protection systems—such as automatic sprinklers, standpipes, fire pumps, and clean‑agent suppression systems—and medical gas systems.
Through his leadership, technical rigor, and multidisciplinary experience, Danny supports high‑performance building designs that meet operational, safety, and sustainability objectives.
