Interviews & Assessments
Those whose profiles match what we are looking for then move to the interviews & assessments stage. The goal of this stage is to use our highly selective criteria find people with exactly the right fit in skill, passion, and attitude—things we won’t compromise on just to fill a seat.
The first interview is usually with a recruiter, and is more of a friendly conversation and a chance to cover the basics, such as work history, starting date, and salary needs. This recruiter will stay in touch with you throughout the entire application process to give you a consistent point of contact.
Subsequent interviews can vary depending on the job, but they typically involve in-person interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. Many interviews also take place using video technology.
Depending on the job, you may also be asked to take a behavioral or technical skills assessment to gauge where your skills are and how you’ll fit with a certain team.
Our interview & assessment stage is rigorous, and not many people fit exactly what we’re looking for. But if you do choose to join our team, you will find unlimited opportunity for growth and a fun, rewarding, and challenging company.
Offer and Hire
Now comes the part you’ve been waiting for: a job offer! If chosen, you will receive a written offer and have a chance to review detailed benefits information.
Once you’ve accepted the offer, your recruiter will stay in touch with you to work out the logistics of your starting date and onboarding process.
Onboarding & First Day
Before you arrive, your recruiter will collaborate with your branch’s HR and IT departments to make sure you have everything you need for your first day. Ideally, your desk will be set up for you, and your schedule for the first day or week will have been planned for you.
