Job title:
Maintenance & Reliability Department Manager

What accomplishments are you most proud of?
At a food and beverage plant that had a 10-year history of failing to turn a profit, I evaluated the asset management process, storeroom stock levels, and procurement process and implemented controls and process improvements that resulted in a savings of over $10,000 in the first month alone with an estimated cost savings of over $720,000 since implementation in 2017. Furthermore, that plant became the company’s second largest revenue-producing facility.

What’s an interesting fact about you that people may not know?
I am a bourbon enthusiast and an avid collector. I’m working on the entire Blanton stopper collection, which features a horse and jockey in different poses. I am currently missing only two!

What do you like most about working at Salas O’Brien?
I’ve met and been able to work with some wonderful people who have fostered my growth and a collaborative work environment

What kind of projects do you like to work on and why?
I love the variety of projects in my day-to-day, but my expertise and passion have always been in food and beverage. The industry is in the midst of rapid growth, and the opportunity to collaborate with clients is where my heart lies.

What do you do for fun?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy boating, golfing, reading, cheering my kids on in their sports, and rooting for Notre Dame! (Go Irish)
