Global Engineering Solutions joins Salas O’Brien, expanding technical excellence in engineering, program management and construction management

Salas O’Brien announced today that Global Engineering Solutions (GES) has joined the company, broadening the services and expertise available to clients.

GES and its affiliated office in the Washington, DC, region, represent Salas O’Brien’s first expansion to the Mid-Atlantic and add a team focused on delivering technical excellence in engineering, program management and construction management. Through combined experience and resources, the merger is expected to create opportunities to better serve GES clients in sectors including healthcare, science & technology, education, commercial, and more.

The merger of Salas O’Brien and GES is a significant moment for both firms. GES has an outstanding team and a reputation for serving clients with precision and creativity. Their longstanding service to government clients will greatly expand Salas O’Brien’s reach. GES will continue to be managed locally by its current leaders and will adopt the Salas O’Brien name after a transition period. The transaction closed on February 4, 2020, and news of the merger was shared after the close with the GES and Salas O’Brien teams.
