Planning
Salas O’Brien provides master planning of water, sewer, and recycled water systems from conceptual engineering to support budgeting and decision making.
Modeling

Funding Support
We provide engineering support required to obtain and successfully manage state and federal funding from a variety of loan and grant sources.
Design
We provide detailed design of all components of water and wastewater utility systems along with feasibility and pre-design studies and reports.
Engineering Services During Construction
Provide representation of the owner to contractors and public agencies for our engineering designs and third-party designs.
Resident Engineering
We are representation of the owner in the field and coordinate with other public agencies and utilities. We regularly monitor construction activities for conformance with the intent of the design.
Contract Operations
We provide long-term contract operations of water and wastewater treatment facilities, preventative maintenance, and preparation and submittal of reports demonstrating permit compliance.
