Evergreen Valley College Central Energy Plant

Salas O’Brien provided electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm, and security services for the renovation, modernization, and expansion of the Evergreen Valley College Central Energy Plant and Police Station. The aim was to reduce the campus’s overall utility usage and environmental impact.

In partnership with AEDIS Architects and the district, our team completed all renovations and upgrades, ensuring that every project element ensured sustainability. For example, we used recycled water for the cooling tower and installed LED lighting for interior and exterior applications.

As a result, the central energy plant is a beautiful, sustainable space that reduces the campus’ overall utility usage and environmental impact. Our team’s dedication to sustainability was evident in every aspect of the project, and we are committed to continuing to work on similar initiatives that make a real difference in the world.
